The Ruger Targis Hunter Max is a great little break barrel for hunting and plinking. I have a ton of cottontail rabbits on my property in north central AZ and when I get a hankering for some broasted cottontail it sure is fun to go out and do a little hunting. It is even more fun when everything works out and I get to dress the table with some fresh meat. In this video with the Ruger Targis Hunter Max in .22 cal I get to do just that! The Ruger has more than enough power and it plenty accurate out to about 30 or 40 yards to put the shot just where I want it. While hunting what I really enjoyed about this Ruger Targis Hunter Max is that it is light and easy to carry (with the included sling) so hiking around for a while and waiting for the perfect shot opportunity is fun. On this hunt I used the JSB 18.13 pellets and the included 3-9 power scope that came with the rifle. Hope you guys enjoy this video and stay tuned for more to come.

Man it’s a great time to be an airgunner!
